The pilot

Small scope. Clear expectations.

Test one practical workflow before considering a broader rollout. Scope, pricing, and responsibilities are agreed in writing.

What a pilot includes

  • A review of your current inquiry and estimate process
  • One clearly scoped lead-response or follow-up workflow
  • Staff-reviewed response templates and reminder rules
  • A handoff plan for your existing booking or CRM tools
  • Agreed response and booking metrics
  • A review of observations and recommended next steps

What it does not include

No guaranteed jobs or revenue, ad management, replacement CRM, or unattended booking. Tool access and any future integrations need explicit approval.

Before any real customer data is used

Agree on client consent, necessary access, notification recipients, messaging permissions, and retention and deletion requirements. A test environment is the starting point.

The current demo is a prototype—not a live pilot. No checkout or paid subscription is enabled.

A better next step

Start with your workflow.
Not another software subscription.

Let’s look at how your inquiries become appointments—and where follow-up could be clearer.
